CG Power and Industrial Solutions on Tuesday reported a 19 per cent year-on-year rise in profit after tax (PAT) to ₹284 crore for the quarter ended December of financial year 2025-26 (FY26).
The consolidated revenue from operations for the quarter were up at ₹3,175 crore at a growth of 26 per cent YoY while its EBITDA grew 30 per cent year-on-year to ₹474 crore while.
Order intake during the quarter stood at ₹4,372 crore. The unexecuted consolidated order backlog rose 62 per cent year on year to ₹15,753 crore as of December 31, 2025.
Segment and operational updates
The company said that margin gains from its standalone operations were partly offset by continued investment in its semiconductor businesses and deferred revenues at Axiro due to the timing of customer activity during holidays.CG Power said it secured a ₹900 crore export order for power transformers from Tallgrass Integrated Logistics Solutions in the United States for a large data centre project. The order, received on January 16, will be executed over a period of 12 to 20 months.
The company also revealed that the board of directors approved an interim dividend of ₹1.30 per equity share, or 65 per cent of the face value of ₹2 per share, for the financial year 2025–26.
