Before you pitch or submit an article, Go through these guidelines to ensure the best chance of acceptance.

Content Guidelines

To maintain quality, please ensure your article follows these key points:

  • Originality is non-negotiable – The content must be 100% original and unpublished elsewhere.
  • Length – Articles should be at least 500–1000 words. In-depth, actionable content performs best.
  • Title & Meta Description: Title Should between 50-60 Character and Meta Description Should between 150-160 Character.
  • Image: Image Should be high resolution pixel. 
  • Structure – Use clear headings, subheadings, bullet points, and short paragraphs to enhance readability.
  • Internal linking – Link to relevant existing content (if any) on our site where appropriate.
  • Sources – Include credible references and data to back up your claims. Link to authoritative sources only.
  • No fluff or keyword stuffing – We prioritize user experience over SEO tricks.

What We Don’t Accept

  • Plagiarized or spun content
  • Low-quality submissions with poor grammar or structure
  • Overtly promotional content or link-building attempts
  • Topics unrelated to our niche
  • Previously published or AI-generated articles without editing

Backlinks & Author Bio

  • We allow one do-follow backlink to your personal blog or professional site in the author bio.
  • You may also include non-promotional links within the article if they are highly relevant and valuable to the reader.
  • Avoid linking to product pages, affiliate sites, or anything overly promotional.

How to Submit

  1. Pitch First: Send us 2–3 topic ideas with a brief outline for each.
  2. Wait for Approval: If your pitch aligns with our content goals, we’ll get back to you within 3–4 Working days.
  3. Send Draft: Once approved, submit your article as a Google Doc (with editing permissions).
  4. Author Bio & Headshot: Include a short bio (50–70 words), your website link.
